We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Baker to join our bakery in Chelyabinsk. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the baking process, from ingredient selection to final product delivery. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of bakers and delegate tasks accordingly
- Create and maintain baking schedules to ensure timely production of goods
- Order and maintain inventory of baking supplies
- Ensure quality control and consistency in all baked goods
- Train new employees on baking techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed for different products
- Develop new recipes and improve existing ones
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a baker, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Knowledge of various baking techniques, including breads, pastries, cakes, etc.
- Ability to read recipes and measurements accurately
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be physically able to stand for extended periods of time

Salary: $1000 per month
