We are currently hiring a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing baked goods for our customers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for baking and a desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and icings according to recipes
- Bake and decorate various breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust baking times as needed
- Maintain inventory of baking supplies and ingredients
- Ensure all products meet quality standards
- Clean and maintain work area and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with orders and answering questions about products

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Baker is preferred but not required
- Passion for baking and creativity in recipe development
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work early mornings or late evenings as needed
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (Russian language skills are a plus)

Salary & Benefits:
This position offers a salary of $1700 per month. We also provide free visa sponsorship and airfare to Chelyabinsk for qualified candidates.
