We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team in Izhevsk. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing and functional websites. Your main goal will be to create user-friendly and effective website designs that align with our clients' brand and business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and requirements
- Develop website layouts, wireframes, and prototypes
- Create engaging visual designs that effectively communicate the desired message
- Use HTML, CSS, and other web design tools to code and implement website designs
- Optimize website designs for different devices and browsers
- Conduct testing to ensure functionality and usability of websites
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing your previous web design projects
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web design tools
- Knowledge of user interface (UI) design principles
- Familiarity with responsive design techniques
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
