Land Surveyor (Indian Nationals)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Mombasa. This is a contract job with a competitive salary of 1300$ per month, and includes free visa and ticket for successful candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other important data
- Use specialized tools and equipment such as GPS devices, total stations, and drones to collect accurate measurements
- Analyze survey data and create detailed maps, reports, and other documents
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide accurate survey information for project planning
- Monitor construction sites to ensure adherence to survey plans and identify any potential issues or discrepancies
- Maintain records of surveys, maps, and other relevant documents

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using survey equipment such as total stations, GPS devices, and drones
- Excellent knowledge of land surveying principles, techniques, and practices
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data accurately
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
