Industrial Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Clairvaux. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. Your role will involve creating functional and efficient designs that meet the specific needs of our clients while adhering to safety and building codes.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design concepts for industrial buildings and facilities
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to assess existing structures and gather information for new designs
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure timely completion of projects within budget
- Provide guidance and support to junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience working as an Industrial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of industrial construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
