Senior QA Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior QA Engineer to join our growing team in Sheduva. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and quality assurance, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the testing efforts for our software products, ensuring that they meet high standards of quality and reliability. You will work closely with our development team to identify issues and drive them to resolution, while also implementing new processes and tools to improve our overall testing strategy. Responsibilities:
- Lead the testing efforts for our software products, including creating test plans and test cases
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and troubleshoot issues
- Continuously improve our testing processes and tools
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA engineers
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a QA engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with both manual and automated testing techniques
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java or Python is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary: $1100/month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Sheduva, India (Indians preferred)
