Industrial Engineer


We are a leading manufacturing company in Abu Dhabi and we are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement new methods to optimize production flow
- Design layouts for new production lines or processes
- Conduct time studies to establish standard work procedures
- Monitor production performance and identify opportunities for cost reduction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvement projects
- Train staff on new processes and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of process changes and their impact on productivity

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of production processes and lean manufacturing principles
- Experience with process optimization tools such as Six Sigma or Kaizen is preferred
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month, along with other benefits such as medical insurance, annual leave, and performance bonuses.

Location:
This position is based in Abu Dhabi but is open to all nationalities.
