Machine Operator


We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Hawalli. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machines in our production facility. Your main goal will be to ensure that all machines are running smoothly and efficiently, producing high-quality products. This is a contract job with a salary of 1600$, suitable for students or those with no English proficiency. However, experience in machine operation is required.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and adjust machines according to specifications
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality and make adjustments as necessary
- Keep accurate records of production output and machine maintenance
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations while operating machines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree preferred)
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator (minimum of 2 years)
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Basic understanding of mechanical principles and equipment operation
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluent in Arabic (English proficiency not required)
