Land Surveyor


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries and provide accurate measurements for construction projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using various tools and equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports
- Identify property boundaries and determine accurate measurements
- Create maps, plots, and drawings using survey data
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure project requirements are met
- Ensure all work is performed according to industry standards and regulations
- Keep accurate records of survey data and maintain equipment in good working condition

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Land Surveyor or related field
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
- Proficiency in using GPS, total stations, and other surveying tools
- Excellent math skills for calculations and measurements
- Ability to read maps, blueprints, and other technical documents
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Experience with AutoCAD or other drafting software
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to land surveying in Portugal
