Formworker Foreman



As a Formworker Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the construction, installation, and removal of formwork systems on various building projects in Fonvieille. Your main goal will be to ensure that formwork is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of formworkers and other construction personnel
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and other construction documents
- Plan and schedule the installation of formwork systems according to project timelines
- Ensure that all formwork meets safety standards and complies with building codes
- Monitor progress to ensure that work is being completed on time and within budget
- Train new workers on proper formwork techniques and safety procedures
- Communicate with project managers to address any issues or concerns that may arise during construction
- Maintain accurate records of materials used, labor costs, and project progress

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Formworker or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of formwork systems and their installation processes
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret construction documents accurately
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise workers effectively
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to construction work
- Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate with others effectively
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects as needed

Salary:
This position offers a salary of $1800 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Fonvieille.

Visa Requirements:
Candidates must have their own valid visa for working in Fonvieille.
