Formworker Supervisor


We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Formworker Supervisor to join our construction team in Fonvieille. As a Formworker Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of formworkers on various construction projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per week.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of formworkers on construction sites
- Interpret blueprints and design plans to ensure accurate installation of formwork
- Ensure that all safety regulations and standards are met on site
- Train new formworkers and provide guidance to improve their skills
- Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure timely completion of projects
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to ensure smooth workflow
- Communicate with project managers to provide updates on progress, issues, and solutions

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a formworker in the construction industry
- Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and design plans is essential
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and standards in the construction industry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preference will be given to candidates with visa sponsorship or those who are already authorized to work in Fonvieille. This position is suitable for both men and women.
