We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Chef to join our team in El-Ain, Egypt. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking authentic Indian dishes, ensuring that they are of high quality and taste. You will also be responsible for managing kitchen operations, maintaining cleanliness, and supervising kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Indian dishes according to recipes and standards
- Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high quality standards
- Manage kitchen operations including food inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques and safety procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to plan menus and special events
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Indian Chef or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine, spices, and cooking techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage)
- Good physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects when needed
- Strong leadership skills to manage kitchen staff effectively
