Slinger/Signalman in Osijek

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Slinger/Signalman to join our team in Osijek. As a Slinger/Signalman, you will be responsible for coordinating and directing the movement of materials and equipment on construction sites. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with crane operators to ensure safe lifting and movement of materials
- Use hand signals and radios to direct crane movements
- Inspect rigging equipment for defects and ensure proper use
- Attach loads to rigging equipment and secure them for lifting
- Monitor load weight and balance to prevent accidents
- Coordinate with other workers on the construction site to ensure efficient workflow
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Slinger/Signalman in construction or related field
- Familiarity with various types of rigging equipment and their safe use
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, diagrams, and other construction documents
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to give clear hand signals
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Biometric passport preferred, but not required
