We are in need of a skilled Handyman for Property Maintenance in Os, Norway. The ideal candidate will have experience in various maintenance tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for ensuring that our properties are well-maintained and in good condition.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify any maintenance needs
- Perform various maintenance tasks such as painting, repairing fixtures, and fixing leaks
- Handle minor electrical and plumbing issues
- Install new appliances or fixtures as needed
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Collaborate with property managers to prioritize and complete maintenance tasks
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and meets safety standards

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of general maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills with the ability to work well independently or in a team setting

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month along with accommodation. Additionally, we provide free visa sponsorship and flight ticket for the right candidate.
