Indian Sales Manager in Jizan, Saudi Arabia
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Indian Sales Manager to join our team in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve company targets and objectives. Your primary role will be to develop and maintain relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and promote our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and increase revenue
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve their targets and meet customer needs
- Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling
- Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, discuss strategies, and provide training as needed
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make informed business decisions
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and promote our products/services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, preferably in the same industry or related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels
- Willingness to travel within Jizan region as needed
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month along with attractive commission opportunities. Accommodation will also be provided.
