A reputable construction company in Ufa City is seeking a skilled Mason to join our team. As a Mason, you will be responsible for the construction, maintenance, and repair of various structures such as walls, floors, and sidewalks. Your main duties will include mixing and applying mortar, laying bricks or stones according to blueprints or instructions, and ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong knowledge of different masonry materials and their uses
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Fluent in English (preferred)

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints or instructions to determine project requirements
- Set up scaffolding or other necessary equipment
- Mix mortar according to specifications
- Lay bricks or stones neatly in patterns or rows using appropriate tools such as trowels or levels
- Cut bricks or stones using saws or chisels when necessary
- Ensure that all work meets quality standards and follows safety regulations
- Repair any damaged structures using appropriate materials and techniques
- Clean work area after completing job tasks
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
