We are a growing organization in Al Buraymi seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Indian national with excellent English communication skills, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth functioning of our office.

Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Greeting visitors and assisting them with their inquiries
- Managing office correspondence, including emails and letters
- Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files
- Assisting with data entry and record keeping
- Coordinating appointments and meetings for senior staff members
- Preparing meeting materials and taking minutes when required
- Ordering office supplies and ensuring proper inventory management
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking

Requirements:
- Indian nationality with excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Salary: 1600$ per month
