Handyman Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Handyman Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of handymen and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory role, excellent leadership skills, and a strong knowledge of various handyman tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided. Biometric passport is required for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of handymen and assign tasks accordingly
- Ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
- Train new handymen on various tasks and safety procedures
- Monitor the performance of the team and provide feedback for improvement
- Purchase necessary equipment and supplies for various handyman tasks
- Maintain inventory of tools and supplies
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Perform handyman tasks as needed to assist the team

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a supervisory role in the handyman industry
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Good communication skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is preferred
- Must have a biometric passport or be willing to obtain one
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor as needed
- Must be able to work full-time with accommodation provided
