Land Surveyor in Sofia, Bulgaria

We are currently hiring for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries and creating accurate measurements for construction projects. This position requires a high level of technical skills and knowledge in surveying equipment and techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using GPS, total stations, and other surveying tools
- Prepare detailed reports and drawings based on survey data
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on construction projects
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding land use and development
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and equipment maintenance
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using GPS, total stations, and other surveying tools
- Strong understanding of land surveying principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
