Office Assistant
We are hiring an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Siauliai. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Previous experience in an office setting is preferred. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.
We welcome applications from individuals of any nationality with a valid work permit for Lithuania. Fluency in English is not required for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Greeting clients and visitors
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
- Ordering and stocking office supplies
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Supporting other team members with various tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience in an administrative role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic accounting software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
