Architecture Project Manager

As an Architecture Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects in our fast-paced and dynamic company. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and design teams to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and on time. Your responsibilities will include developing project plans, monitoring progress, coordinating with different teams, and ensuring quality standards are met. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing project budgets, negotiating contracts, and resolving any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in architectural project management. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for this role. This is a full-time position located in Akron with a salary of $1200 per month.
