We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Akron, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the architecture department, including project planning, design, and execution. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create innovative and functional designs that meet their requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing a team of architects and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture and at least 5 years of experience in a similar managerial role. You must also have strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be working closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. Additionally, you must have a strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.

As an Architecture Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing all aspects of the architecture department
- Managing a team of architects and providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Creating detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Conducting site visits to ensure that projects are progressing according to plan
- Reviewing project documents for accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations
- Managing project budgets to ensure that projects are completed within budget constraints
- Communicating regularly with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Identifying potential issues or roadblocks in projects and developing solutions to address them

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar managerial role
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Knowledge of building codes/regulations & construction processes
