We are in need of a skilled and experienced Slinger to join our team in Mombasa. The ideal candidate will be a Filipino national with a strong background in slinging and rigging operations. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$.

Responsibilities:
- Operate cranes, hoists, and other rigging equipment to move heavy materials
- Inspect all rigging equipment before use to ensure safety
- Communicate effectively with crane operators and other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Rig loads properly according to weight and balance requirements
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Keep accurate records of materials moved and hours worked

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Tagalog or any other Filipino dialect
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Slinger or similar position
- Knowledge of different types of rigging equipment and their uses
- Ability to read and interpret load charts
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
