Excavator Operator

We are searching for a skilled Excavator Operator to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to efficiently and safely excavate and move materials on construction sites. Your main duties will include inspecting and maintaining the equipment, following safety protocols, and communicating with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience operating excavators
- Valid heavy equipment operator license/certification
- Ability to read and understand construction plans
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators to dig trenches, load/unload materials, and move earth on construction sites.
- Inspect equipment before use and report any malfunctions or damages.
- Follow safety procedures at all times.
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project deadlines are met.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Perform routine maintenance on the equipment as needed.
- Keep accurate records of work hours, materials used, and tasks completed.

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this full-time position. This job does not include accommodation. Preference will be given to candidates from India who are fluent in English.
