Barista (English Speaking)



As a barista at our café in Izhevsk, you will be responsible for creating and serving delicious coffee drinks to our diverse clientele. We are looking for an English-speaking barista who can provide excellent customer service and has a passion for crafting high-quality beverages. This is a temporary position with the potential for permanent employment and visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve various coffee and tea drinks following our company's recipes
- Ensure quality control by properly measuring ingredients and maintaining equipment
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and take their orders accurately
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers based on their preferences
- Process payments using cash registers or credit card machines
- Maintain cleanliness of café, including counters, tables, and equipment
- Restock supplies as needed and maintain inventory of coffee beans, syrups, and other ingredients
- Uphold food safety standards at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista preferred but not required
- Fluency in English language is mandatory for this position
- Friendly personality with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 10kg repeatedly throughout shift

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
