Office Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Jerusalem. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and clerical tasks in our office. This position is suitable for Egyptian men who are fluent in English and have no prior experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist with budget planning and expense tracking
- Monitor office expenses and handle invoices
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment
- Handle HR related tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (writing, speaking, reading)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is a plus but not required
Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$. Additional benefits may be offered based on experience.
