As an Office Manager for Visa Sponsorship, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office in Jerusalem. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, overseeing administrative tasks, and providing support to our team. This position is open to Pakistani and Canadian nationals who do not necessarily have English proficiency but are willing to learn.
Your main duties will include organizing and scheduling meetings, managing office supplies and equipment, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence. You will also assist with financial tasks such as budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.
