Rental Coordinator
Our rental company in Bungoma is seeking a Rental Coordinator to join our team. As a Rental Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the rental process from start to finish. This includes handling customer inquiries, scheduling rentals, coordinating pick-up and drop-off of equipment, and ensuring accurate billing and payment processing.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing information on available rental equipment
- Scheduling rentals and coordinating pick-up and drop-off of equipment with customers
- Ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Managing inventory levels and coordinating maintenance of rental equipment
- Processing payments and tracking rental fees, deposits, and refunds
- Communicating with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the rental process
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work full-time without experience
- Willingness to work with foreigners
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly
- Valid visa for working in Bungoma or willingness to obtain one
