Rental Coordinator (Indian Nationals Only)


We are currently hiring a Rental Coordinator to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. This is a contract position that requires candidates to have a valid biometric passport and be of Indian nationality. As a Rental Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating rental transactions, maintaining accurate records of rental agreements, and ensuring customer satisfaction. In this role, you will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our company's services to potential customers.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate rental agreements and ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately
- Maintain detailed records of rental transactions and update inventory lists
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable rental options
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Promote our company's services to potential customers through various channels such as social media, flyers, etc.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure all rental vehicles are in good condition
- Monitor rental vehicle availability and schedule pick-up and drop-off times accordingly
- Collect payments from customers and process refunds when necessary
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy of records

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with a valid biometric passport
- Previous experience in the rental industry or customer service is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficient in using computers and basic software applications such as MS Office

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
