Nurse Practitioner

Bayan Medical Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide primary care to patients, including physical exams, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, and prescribing medications. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans and provide comprehensive care for patients.

Requirements:
- Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license in Bayan
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Compassionate and empathetic towards patients
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical exams and assess patient health status
- Diagnose and treat acute illnesses, infections, injuries, and chronic conditions
- Prescribe appropriate medications based on patient's condition
- Order diagnostic tests when necessary and interpret results
- Develop treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Educate patients on preventive care and healthy lifestyle choices
- Maintain accurate medical records for all patients
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Bayan, Kuwait (preference for Indian national)
