As an Indian national with strong English communication skills, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing a team of sales representatives. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Train and motivate sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a similar industry or role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and principles
