Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer


We are a dynamic and growing software development company based in Kaunas, seeking a talented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in testing software applications, as well as a strong understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases for software applications
- Identify, record, and track bugs and defects found during testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high quality software releases
- Participate in design and code reviews to provide quality input
- Work closely with developers to understand technical requirements and ensure proper test coverage
- Continuously improve testing processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or similar role
- Experience with QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Strong knowledge of software testing principles, techniques, and best practices
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium or Cucumber
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java or Python
- ISTQB or other relevant certifications
