We are a leading industrial company in Malindi and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Turner to join our team. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating various machines such as lathes, grinders, and drills to shape metal parts to precise dimensions. You must have a deep understanding of metal properties and be able to read blueprints and schematics. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has excellent hand-eye coordination, and is able to work independently. This position offers a competitive salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines to produce high-quality metal parts according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or engineering drawings
- Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to ensure accuracy of finished products
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
- Troubleshoot production issues and make necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production flow
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in machining preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Turner in an industrial setting
- Extensive knowledge of different types of metals and their properties
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Proficient in using various precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, etc.
- Strong hand-eye coordination with excellent manual dexterity
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position based in Malindi with no English language proficiency required. The salary offered is 1200$ per month without accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.
