Office Manager - Lahore, Pakistan
We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring smooth functioning of various administrative tasks. This is a contract job with a salary of 1300$ per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining office supplies
- Oversee reception duties including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and handling mail
- Maintain accurate records and files for all office-related activities
- Prepare and distribute internal communications such as memos, emails, and reports
- Coordinate with external vendors for office maintenance and supplies
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Monitor and maintain office budget to ensure efficient use of company resources
- Act as the point of contact for all employees regarding office-related inquiries or issues
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
- Must be detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality
