Job Title: Office Manager
We are searching for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee our daily office operations in Lahore. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating meetings and events, and ensuring the smooth running of our office. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in office management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. This is a contract position open to all nationalities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing files
- Coordinate meetings and events including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
- Oversee office maintenance and ensure a clean and organized workspace
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with budget management, tracking expenses, and creating reports
- Handle basic HR duties such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Act as a point of contact for clients and vendors
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding project deadlines and updates
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and procedures
- Attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
