Civil Engineer - Infrastructure Projects (Alta, Norway)

Our growing engineering firm in Alta, Norway is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure projects team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the planning, design, and construction of various civil engineering projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the planning and design phase of infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, and utilities
- Conduct feasibility studies and prepare project proposals
- Utilize your technical expertise to develop detailed designs and construction plans
- Oversee the procurement process for materials and equipment
- Monitor project progress and ensure that it meets quality standards, budget requirements, and deadlines
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on infrastructure projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant software programs
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Knowledge of local regulations and codes related to civil engineering projects in Norway
