Excavator Operator


A well-established construction company in Sharjah is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to excavate, move and grade earth and other materials on construction sites.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavator safely and efficiently according to job site requirements
- Verify and ensure that all necessary permits and clearances are obtained before starting work
- Conduct pre-operation checks on equipment and perform routine maintenance as needed
- Follow safety protocols at all times and report any hazards or incidents immediately
- Collaborate with other team members to complete tasks within deadlines
- Use GPS systems or blueprints to determine excavation locations and depths
- Properly load, transport, and unload materials using the excavator
- Keep accurate records of work performed, including time sheets and maintenance logs

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Excavator Operator in a construction setting
- Valid UAE driving license
- Knowledge of excavation techniques, safety protocols, and equipment maintenance
- Ability to read blueprints, follow instructions, and work independently
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if necessary

Salary: AED 1000 per month
