We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in Remish. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in various maintenance and repair tasks, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on facilities and equipment
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances
- Perform general repairs such as fixing doors, windows, and furniture
- Install new fixtures and appliances as needed
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Keep records of all maintenance tasks performed
- Adhere to safety standards at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of various repair techniques including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Good physical stamina and strength to handle manual labor tasks
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid work visa or residency permit (for non-local candidates)
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Malayalam or Filipino is a plus)
