Tiler - Tile Installation Specialist


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tiler to join our team in Vilnius. As a Tile Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and repairing various types of tiles, including ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone. You will work on both residential and commercial projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut tiles to fit specific areas using hand or power tools
- Prepare surfaces for tiling by removing old tiles, filling gaps, and cleaning the area
- Mix and apply grout, adhesive, and sealant to secure tiles in place
- Ensure proper alignment and spacing of tiles for a professional finish
- Repair or replace damaged or broken tiles as needed
- Work with different types of tile materials, including ceramic, porcelain, marble, granite, etc.
- Follow safety procedures and use protective gear when working on job sites
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations on tile selection and layout

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tiler or similar role
- Proficient in measuring, cutting, fitting, and installing various types of tiles
- Familiarity with different tile materials and their properties
- Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings is an advantage
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials if necessary
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Nepali or Kenyan languages is a plus)
- Valid work permit for Vilnius (non-Lithuanian candidates)
