Senior Architect

We are searching for an experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Faro. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, from residential buildings to commercial structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create detailed plans that meet their requirements and budget.

Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction
- Oversee the project from conception to completion, ensuring it stays within budget and meets deadlines
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure a smooth construction process
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture or a related field
- Excellent design skills with a strong eye for detail
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Salary: $1400/month (negotiable depending on experience)

This is a contract position with the option for accommodation provided. Biometric passport is required.
