We are in search of a talented and creative Web Designer to join our growing team in Almada. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing and user-friendly websites. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and create innovative designs that meet their requirements. Our ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop visually appealing websites that are user-friendly
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into design solutions
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new website projects
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design
- Communicate project progress and any potential issues to the project manager
- Adapt designs based on client feedback and make necessary revisions
- Ensure all designs are responsive and compatible across different devices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in web design or a related field
- Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web design tools
- Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles is a plus
