Junior Commercial Architect - La Condamine, Monaco

We are hiring a skilled Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in La Condamine, Monaco. As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of commercial buildings and spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and developing architectural concepts, designs, and plans for commercial projects
- Collaborate with senior architects to ensure that designs meet client requirements and adhere to building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information and assess potential project sites
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, and presentations for client approval
- Research materials, construction techniques, and technology advancements to incorporate into designs
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects on time and within budget

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this full-time position. The successful candidate must have a valid biometric passport.
