Commercial Architect

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. Your main goal will be to create functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the needs of businesses and their customers. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop design proposals that align with their vision and budget. You will also collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations related to commercial construction. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience in commercial architecture
