We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our team at a popular Indian restaurant in Dickirch. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and authentic Indian dishes, managing the kitchen staff, and ensuring the highest quality of food and service for our customers.

Salary: 1200$ per month

City: Dickirch, Luxembourg

Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality
- Full-time availability and willing to work evenings and weekends
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Ability to create new dishes and maintain high standards of quality
- Previous experience as an executive chef or head chef in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required
- Willingness to train and mentor kitchen staff
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)

Responsibilities:
- Plan menus, create new dishes, and oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs to meet budget targets
- Train kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques and ensure high quality standards are met consistently
- Monitor food safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Collaborate with management on special events or promotions to attract more customers
- Work closely with servers to ensure timely delivery of food orders and resolve any customer concerns or complaints related to food quality or service
