Junior Civil Engineer - Entry Level
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Junior Civil Engineer to join our team in Remish. As a Junior Civil Engineer, you will work under the guidance of experienced engineers and be responsible for assisting with the design, development, and maintenance of various civil engineering projects. This is an entry level position suitable for freshers or candidates with minimal experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the planning, design, and construction of civil engineering projects such as roads, bridges, buildings, and water systems.
- Conduct site investigations and collect data for analysis.
- Prepare technical reports and proposals.
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed designs.
- Collaborate with other engineers and professionals to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget.
- Conduct quality control checks on completed projects.
- Keep updated on industry developments and advancements in technology.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Knowledge of engineering principles, methods, and practices.
- Familiarity with CAD software such as AutoCAD or MicroStation.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be willing to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $900 per month.
Location:
This job is located in Remish but may require travel to various project sites within Canada.
