Formwork Specialist



We are seeking a skilled Formwork Specialist to join our construction team in Ufa, Russia. As a Formwork Specialist, you will be responsible for constructing formwork structures using a variety of materials and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

- Construct formwork structures according to blueprints and specifications
- Measure and cut materials to required sizes
- Assemble formwork structures using hand and power tools
- Install reinforcements and braces as needed
- Pour and level concrete into formwork structures
- Remove formwork after concrete has set
- Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality standards
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Formworker or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Work Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Location: Ufa, Russia (open to candidates from Egypt)

Visa: Free visa provided by the company

Accommodation: No accommodation provided, but assistance can be provided in finding suitable housing.
