IT Manager


We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to join our dynamic team in Ashdod. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company's information technology department. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that our technology infrastructure meets the needs of the organization and its employees.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of IT professionals
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for efficient operation of the IT department
- Oversee the maintenance and upgrade of hardware, software, and networking systems
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place
- Monitor network performance to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Stay current with advancements in technology and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to assess their technology needs and provide solutions
- Manage vendor relationships for hardware, software, and services procurement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT managerial role
- Proven experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, security, and data management systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
- Project management experience is preferred
Salary: $1100/month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Ashdod (accommodation provided if needed)
Employment Type: Contract (with possibility of extension)
Language Requirements: Fluent English (Hebrew is a plus)
