Information Technology Manager vacancy in Ashdod Israel

IT Manager (Indian/Filipino candidates preferred)


We are a leading technology company in Ashdod and we are currently seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee our company's technology operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology and proven experience in managing a team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies to support the company's goals
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including budgeting and resource allocation
- Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrading of all hardware and software systems
- Ensure data security and disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly tested
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and services
- Provide technical support to employees as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking, server administration, database management, and security protocols
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and cost management principles

Preference will be given to Indian or Filipino candidates who have experience working in a multicultural environment. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month. Please note that this is not a part-time job and accommodation will not be provided. Candidates must have their own valid work visa.
