Gardener - Horticulture Specialist



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Horticulture Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for the gardens of our clients, including planting, pruning, watering, and pest control. This role requires a strong understanding of plant care, as well as the ability to create and maintain aesthetically pleasing landscapes.

Responsibilities:
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and other plants according to client specifications
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fertilizing, watering, pruning, weeding, and pest control
- Design and implement new landscape plans according to client preferences
- Operate and maintain gardening equipment and tools
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions from clients
- Create seasonal displays or decorations as required

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Gardener or Horticulture Specialist preferred
- Strong knowledge of plant care and maintenance techniques
- Ability to operate gardening equipment effectively
- Good physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail with the ability to create aesthetically pleasing landscapes
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients
- Valid biometric passport (or ability to obtain one)
- Accommodation can be provided if needed
- Must be able to start immediately

Salary: 1100$ per month
