Sales Representative - Kaunas, Lithuania
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our expanding team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, promoting and selling our products or services, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and develop leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and referrals
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products or services
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients in a timely manner
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, sales orders, and payments received
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for reaching out to potential clients
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) is an asset
